Hi, I'm Aykut 👋
I'm the creator of EchoDrop. After spending 3 years in customer service (among cough other things), I learned one thing: feedback is everything. You need to hear what your customers actually think if you want to build something people love.
Here's the thing though—the most honest feedback? It's anonymous. People hold back when their name's attached. That's why I made anonymity the default in EchoDrop.
I was tired of feedback tools being either too simple or way too complicated. I wanted something quick to set up but powerful enough for real use. Couldn't find it, so I built it myself.
